68 New Professionals Ready to Join Haiti’s Hotel Industry Workforce


If you have been following recent news about Haiti, it is obvious that Haiti Tourism sector  have been consistently providing positive feedback. The future plans and projects by the tourism industry in Haiti is growing consistently. With a steady increase in tourists visiting Haiti, it is inevitable for the hotels to continue to grow. Sandra Tanis Director of L’Ecole Hôtelière d’Haïti (EHH) introduced 68 new and vibrant young professionals in the hotel industry. The 68 graduates were honored by the Minister of Tourism Stephanie B. Villedrouin, Mr. Alix Celestin Director of (APN) the National Port of Haiti and MTCI General Director Maryse Noel.  The ceremony was lead by the Director of Communications at the MTCI  Samuel Dameus

The officials, parents and graduates gathered at Hotel Montana for the diploma handout at the graduation ceremony this past Sunday December 20, 2015.



L’Ecole Hôtelière d’Haïti  ( Hotel School/Institute of Haiti)  is under the supervision of the Ministry of Tourism. This institution was created in 1950 to meet the need of training professionals in the areas of catering and hotel industry .
