Win Dinner For Two With Chef Alain Lemaire

Alain Lemaire is an award winning chef and the Co-owner and Executive Chef of Sensory Delights, LLC. A native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Chef Lemaire developed an increasing passion for food and food service which led him to attend the culinary program at the famous Johnson & Wales University. Chef Lemaire is a founding member and the Secretary General of the Haitian Culinary Alliance, a non-profit organization based out of South Florida, with the goal to create a network of food service, culinary and hospitality professionals of Haitian descent while providing mentoring and educational resources to them. Chef Lemaire has participated and featured as a guest chef in numerous food events throughout the United States and overseas such as: South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Houston’s Caribbean Rum Festival, Haiti’s Food & Spirits Festival, Boca Raton Wine & Food Festival, Colors of the Caribbean and much more. One of Chef Lemaire’s career highlight was to feature amongst South Florida’s best chefs at the Chefs for Obama Miami event back in September 2012.
Chef Lemaire is the recipient of the 2013 Culinary Award from Black Street during their Black Celebration Awards Ceremony. The award highlights his work as a black chef in the culinary field and within the community. Chef Lemaire has also received plaudits and commendations from the City of North Miami, Miami-Dade County and the Consulate General of the Republic of Haiti in Miami.
You’ve probably seen Chef Alain Lemaire on Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen. He is the co-owner of Sensory Delights Catering, a very well renowned catering company in Florida. Chef Lemaire is the Co-producer of the show Le Chef TV Show the first ever culinary battle televised show in Haiti. In this TV Show two chefs face each other in a battle against the clock using secret ingredients to create a unique dish. Le Chef launched in March 2015 in Haiti and plans on expending to the United States and other French/Creole speaking countries. Later this year in December, three (3) lucky followers will get a free 3-course meal dinner for two (2) cooked by none other than Chef Alain Lemaire.

Getting to know Neïma… She is a graduate of Florida International University School of Hospitality Management, Neïma’s passion for travel and tourism began at an early age, when by the age of four, she was already on her second passport. She was also influenced by her family’s legacy of Chefs and love of lavish, extravagant parties. This path would lead her to working at the Providence Biltmore Hotel in Rhode Island, then becoming the Catering Manager of the corporate division of What’s 4 Lunch? Café and Catering. It has been an immense pleasure to be a part of the Taste of Haiti USA   annual grand event with this dynamic duo and I look forward to continue to work with them and their team.

I had pleasure to go out this past August 16 and celebrate the premier of Chef Lemaire’s debut on Food Network Cut Throat Kitchen.
