With an impressive résumé. After obtaining her B.A. from the George Washington University and MBA from American University with a concentration in International Finance and Accounting, Anaïse joined the Mergers and Acquistions practice of Ernst & Young in Miami, where she was a Transaction Advisor for five years.
She’s a diplomat. Thanks to her solid academic background and professional experience, she has been chosen to represent the Martelly/Lamothe government as a Consul in the Commercial Section of the Consulate General of Haiti in Miami, a fitting role given her fluency in four languages, a B.A. in Latin American Studies, extensive overseas experience and development work.
Her private life is as varied as her professional one. Born in Port-au-Prince on July 10, 1980, Anaise relocated to Washington, DC with her family when she was just a child, following the instability that broke out in her homeland. While having grown up in the United States, she remains closely connected and maintains strong ties with her Haitian roots. Today she serves as a Board Member of Sow a Seed, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing hope and creating sustainable change in the lives of underprivileged children in Haiti.
She is an avid cross-fitter and Pilates practitioner. Her athleticism doesn’t stop there. Over the past two years, she has completed three half-marathons and is looking for the next challenge. She is a passionate of music, arts, and culture and fulfills her spirituality through her membership at the community of Unity on the Bay.
Anaïse has a five-year-old daughter, Lia, with Haitian musician and star, Roberto Martino. She enjoys being a mother and strives to be a present force in her daughter’s life, despite being active in the professional world.
